Hype Promotions Homepage

HYPE Promotions was started as a means to help up and coming artists get the word out about their music. Eventually, as time passed and the word got out about our services, we started getting bookings for larger jobs like festivals, movie releases, events...you get the point...

Now we are a full service agency specializing in bookings, artist management, event planning and production, street team formation and management, fan club and website maintenance...the list goes on and on.

Cruise through our site and let us know if there is anything at all that we can do for you. We are always looking for talent, companies, and events to promote!

Known for their high energy and “rock your socks off” performances, seasoned roots rockers, The Supersuckers, are bringing their high quality rock and roll back to Chicago this June for the Grand Opening of the new Buzzbomb Club in Bedford Park.

The Supersuckers’ music has been featured in a slew of different big name movies, television shows, commercials and sporting videos. The band is bound and determined to continue to make superior music and to get it into the ears of anyone that will listen. As a result of this, in 2001 The Supersuckers started their own independent record label, Mid-Fi Recordings. This move by the band enabled them to rule out the middle man and make it less of a hassle for people to enjoy their tunes.

The Supersuckers music and image has constantly been on the rise for over a decade now and the band shows no signs of stopping. This is a group of artists who truly loves what they do and one may see that in the way that they perform, by listening to any of their music, or by checking out their biography on their website (www.supersuckers.com) which is handcrafted by the band themselves.

Whether the public knows who they are or not, The Supersuckers are absolutely worth checking out, if not for a glance back at what true rock and roll really is. No pop or glam here. Just dirty ole’ rock ‘n’ roll the way it was meant to be…

Music fans eighteen and older can catch The Supersuckers on June 13th as they grace the stage of Hillside’s Brauerhouse (57 N. Hillside Avenue, Hillside, IL 60162) with support from The Honeybees and The Last Vegas, and again on June 14th when they rock out for the grand opening of Brauerhouse’s sister club, Buzzbomb (6301 W. 73rd Street, Bedford Park, IL 60638) with supporting acts Deadtown Revival, The Lusties and Big Whiskey. Tickets are $15 presale and $20 at the door both nights.
